The yellowing of LED outer sealing adhesive is mostly caused by the mismatch between epoxy resin and curing agent, but it cannot be ruled out that the baking time of the outer sealing adhesive is too long. Solution: Purchase a complete set of external sealing adhesive and curing agent. For example, Shanghai Fine Chemical's model 800 or 2339 adhesive will not encounter the following situations. In addition, pay attention to production control, strictly follow the operation instructions, and avoid reasons such as long or insufficient baking time. This situation is well controlled.

1. The upper and lower two filaments, which are called gold wires in our industry, are pure gold wires used for conductivity. There are two positive electrodes and two negative electrodes. A truly good product will have a fifth wire, which is soldered onto a Zener tube to provide protection; 2. The shortening of the filament clearly indicates that your lamp has been burned out by high current, which is equivalent to an open circuit 3. The driving current of high-power 1W is around 350ma, and the working voltage is between 3.2-3.6V. Please be careful when using it, as excessive current will definitely burn out the lamp; 4. Generally, the aluminum substrates of three 1W lamps are driven by around 12V, and there are few that can be used directly for 220V. Do you think there is a missing constant current source or a missing 12V driver power supply?

In case of no power supply, for the convenience of selection during purchase, it is recommended to prepare a 3V button battery, which can be used to conveniently check what LED light is emitted during selection.

1. LED beads with a nominal voltage of 3V actually have different current requirements for different colors. Yellow requires the minimum current, followed by red, green, white, and blue. Excessive current can cause the wick to burn. 2. Using a 2.4V rechargeable battery, the yellow color is prone to burning, as even if the voltage is not high, excessive current can still cause burning. When using button batteries, although the voltage of the button battery is 3V, the discharge current of the button battery is very small, so the 3V LED beads will not be burned. Therefore, when using LED beads, it is important to choose a suitable power source, pay attention to voltage and current. 3. When selecting a power supply, if it does not meet the rated requirements of LED beads, it is necessary to improve the circuit, commonly by adding resistors!

1. Check if the power supply is working properly and if the warning light is on. If it is not on, please check if the power supply is connected properly; 2. Check if the power cord of the lamp bead is properly connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply, and if there is any reverse phase. If the above problems exist, please connect them correctly.
